We are looking for EXPERIENCED Concrete Mixer Drivers.

Locations hiring for:

Daleville, Hellertown, Snydersville, New Hope and Telford.

Must know how to drive a Mixer and understand CONCRETE Delivery.

Must know what a slump is and understand how to deliver to Curbs, walls, walks ect.

We will not call you if you DO NOT have hands on experience with a concrete mixer.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Ready Mix Truck Driver is to safely, accurately, and efficiently deliver ready-mix concrete to our customers and jobsites.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and customer-service oriented. Drivers must be comfortable operating a heavy commercial vehicle in a variety of environments, including construction sites and off-road conditions.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Commercial Class B CDL required.
• Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Must maintain a safe and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to follow instructions from management, customers, and the Dispatch Office.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
• Knowledge of local delivery areas, roads, and landmarks is preferred.
• Strong defensive driving skills.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a mixer truck on roads, construction sites, and off-road conditions.
• Ability to work safely in sometimes difficult or changing jobsite conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds several times throughout the workday.
• Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.

Job Requirements

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Class B Driver's License.
• Tanker Endorsement is preferred.
• Must have a clean and acceptable driving record.
