Concrete Plant Loader Operator

Pennsylvania Jersey Concrete Products is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team! This role is essential to our plant operations and involves handling materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate loader equipment to handle, transport, and load bulk materials
• Maintain proper stockpiles and prevent contamination of materials
• Ensure bulk materials are properly maintained in silos as directed by the dispatcher/batcher
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and plant environment
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Support general plant operations and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating loaders or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a medical card required

Conditions of Employment

• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50-100lbs occasionally

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
