About Our Client Our client is a Concrete focused Subcontractor experiencing rapid growth in South Florida. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who will grow within the company.

Job Description

• Run construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee estimating, change management, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and document control.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and lead project status meetings.
• Maintain compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve constructability, operational, and project execution challenges.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status and performance reports.
• Support multiple project functions as needed and travel to project sites when required.

• 5-7 year of experience in shell and concrete construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field recommended
• Team player with a positive and driven attitude
• Has interest to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc. but does not need to be able to bid projects from scratch.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Desire to further career as a Project Manager
• OSHA certified
