Concrete Repair Technician

FCC is looking for an experienced concrete repair technician to join our exterior restoration crews. We work on condominiums, multifamily buildings, and commercial properties. This is a hands-on field position for someone who knows how to make sound repairs, takes pride in the finished product, and can work well with a crew.

What you’ll do

• Remove deteriorated concrete and prepare surfaces for repair.
• Complete concrete patching, spall repairs, and other restoration work according to the project requirements.
• Prepare surfaces and assist with waterproofing and traffic coating installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and repair materials safely and correctly.
• Follow plans, manufacturer instructions, and direction from the superintendent.
• Keep work areas organized and communicate issues you find in the field.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with concrete repair or restoration.
• Ability to prepare and complete repairs with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with surface preparation, patching materials, and proper curing practices.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights when the project requires it.
• Experience with waterproofing, deck coatings, stucco repair, or exterior restoration is a plus.

Our projects are primarily in Florida and may require travel to different job sites. We’ll discuss the expected work area and travel requirements during the interview.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
