NOW HIRING: CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT
JP Concrete Solutions | Conroe / Montgomery County, TX

JP Concrete Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team and help lead our field operations.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, keep crews and subcontractors moving, maintain high quality standards, and make sure projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concrete projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor crews
• Read and understand construction plans, specifications, and elevations
• Schedule crews, concrete, pumps, materials, equipment, and inspections
• Verify layouts, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, and elevations before pours
• Perform pre-pour inspections and quality-control checks
• Communicate with customers, builders, general contractors, inspectors, and vendors
• Track project progress and communicate daily field updates
• Identify problems early and develop solutions before they impact the schedule
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Enforce company safety and quality standards
• Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong concrete construction experience required
• Previous Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of foundations, flatwork, paving, sidewalks, walls, and commercial concrete
• Ability to read construction plans and perform field layout/quality checks
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs and crews at the same time
• Dependable, professional, and highly accountable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:
$85,000–$140,000+ per year, depending on experience and capabilities.
