We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team in Tom Price. This role involves overseeing all aspects of concrete production, delivery, and yard operations. You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring the smooth operation of the yard, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Duties to Include but Not Limited to:

• Operate Agitator truck and deliver concrete to local sites
• Manage the batching and dispatching of concrete to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Schedule and allocate jobs efficiently to meet client deadlines
• Supervise a team of Concrete Agitator Drivers and MC Road Train Drivers, ensuring professionalism and timely execution of deliveries.
• Operate loaders and other equipment safely for handling raw materials and loading trucks.
• Coordinate and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure continuous operation of the plant.
• Manage and maintain stock levels of raw materials to meet production demands.
• Ensure all safety, health, environmental, and heavy vehicle requirements are met in the yard.
• Undertake necessary training to obtain licenses required for the role.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• Previously operated/ driven Agitator truck
• Loader Ticket
• HR Licence – HC/MC Licences are advantageous.
• Proven experience in concrete batching and delivery operations
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Proactive and positive attitude with a focus on team leadership
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to undertake further training and obtain additional licenses as required
