Concrete Supervisors and Workers

Concrete Production Supervisor:

• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in concreting industry
• Must be happy to be on the tools
• working to schedules and deadlines, managing work output of teams
• Being about to read, interpret and understand plans and designs
• Overseeing production of products
• QC of products
• Ensuring all staff are operating in a safe manner
• Trouble shoot
• Oversee a team of 5

Concrete Form workers x2

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Forming up jobs, pouring concrete, working with large moulds
• working to schedules and deadlines, managing work output of teams
• Being about to read, interpret and understand plans and designs
• Overseeing production of products
• QC of products
• Ensure you are operating in a safe manner at all times
• Trouble shoot

Steel Fixers:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Use of overhead cranes
• Working with various sized moulds
• working to schedules and deadlines, managing work output of teams
• Being about to read, interpret and understand plans and designs
• Overseeing production of products
• QC of products
• Ensure you are operating in a safe manner at all times
• Trouble shoot

Skilled Concrete Labourers

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Pouring concrete into moulds
• working to schedules and deadlines, managing work output of teams
• Manual work
• Use of hand and power tools to remove concrete from moulds
• Ensure you are operating in a safe manner at all times

All these positions are skilled roles with a requirement of a minimum 2 years in the construction industry, either manufacturing, construction, Civil or Pre cast ideally.

Temp to perm positions available to anyone who is looking for a permanent position.

This is a new site, with a lot of work so you must be willing to get in and do a good days work, be able to consistently work 5 days a week.

Have a can do attitude, work at a team, be a team player but also be able to be self motivated.

Pay rates are based on skill set. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, be physically fit.

Ideally with you own car and drivers licence.
