About the Role

Working as part of our precast manufacturing team as a Concreter, you will be responsible for producing quality precast concrete products, including preparing moulds, placing and finishing concrete, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. You will have a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork, with the ability to read plans and deliver professional concrete finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Place, spread, compact, and finish concrete to required specifications and to the high standard Atlas Precast requires.
• Use of power trowels
• Place and work the concrete to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Read and interpret production drawings and specifications.
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

About You

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Proven experience in the use of power trowels (helicopters) is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
• concreter: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• White Card (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
