About the role

The Labourer/Concreter ensures the efficient and effective construction of concrete base moulds.

Key responsibilities

• Casting concrete into base moulds for solar lighting
• Dismantle, wash, and prep the moulds for the concrete pours
• Supervise concrete pours into moulds ensuring a smooth finish
• Paint the base moulds when they are dry
• Assist with the assembly line when demand is high
• Deliveries to customers when required
• Forklift unload or loading of trucks and pallet rack stocking
• Adhoc duties as required in line with your skills and experience

About you

• Cert III Trade (preferable) or equivalent work experience
• 2 years' experience mixing and moulding concrete (concreting)
• Forklift driving experience
• Accuracy with minimal errors and aesthetics
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to relate and communicate well with a variety of people
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Be motivated, reliable, and honest with a proactive approach to work
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test
• National Police Clearance
