MCP Oz Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, higher casual raters offered. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction services to our diverse clientele. Completing projects throughout Western Australia, in commercial settings & remote / mining settings / mine sites.

Being a FIFO role this will be offered on a roster basis.

We are seeking up to 6 person/s to join our team comprising of the following

• Concrete Supervisor

• Concrete Workers / Carpenter, Projects Experienced Team Members

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures

• Performing complex earthworks, including excavation, grading, and backfilling

• Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans

• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution

• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter in the construction and or mining industry.

• Strong understanding of concrete and earthworks best practices, techniques, and equipment

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
