Condominium Facility Manager

Housekeeping Supervision

• Hire and Supervise Multiple Maids/Housekeeping Staff
• Oversee Room Cleaning, Laundry and other Housekeeping Services

Transportation Coordination

• Arrange and manage vehicle dispatch for daily commutes to the worksite
• Coordinate transportation during holidays/days off

Maintenance & Repairs

• Coordinate repair arrangements when unit facilities break down (water leaks, appliance malfunctions, etc.)
• Liaise and negotiate with the condominium owner/management regarding repairs

Utility Management

• Consolidate and manage electricity and water bills across all 20 units

Lease Contract Management

• Manage lease agreements for each unit
• Process lease renewals as needed and coordinate with unit owners/management accordingly

Resident Support

• Respond to inquiries and requests from the Japanese construction workers residing in the units

Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
