Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Confection Manager to manage garment production operations, ensure production targets, quality standards, productivity, and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end garment confection/production operations.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Manage sewing lines, production efficiency, and line balancing.
• Handle manpower planning, team performance, and shop-floor discipline.
• Coordinate with PPC, Cutting, Quality, Finishing, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor quality, rejection, alteration, rework, and production wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of orders as per delivery schedules.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review production MIS and performance reports.

Educational Qualification
