Confectioner

Wondermade makes the world's best marshmallows, and we're looking for detail-oriented, reliable confectioners to join our team! We make a range of confections, including our famous flavored marshmallows sold at our Disney Springs store, as well as around the US.

We have daytime and nighttime roles available. Previous confectionery, pastry, or bakery experience is required — confectionary work is highly temperature sensitive, so we need someone trained and experienced and very detail focused and temperature sensitive cooking.

Confectioners will sometimes interface directly with guests in our Sanford store.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work independently across multiple cook stations
• Cook marshmallows, ice cream, and other treats
• Work with chocolates and other confections
• Maintain a healthy food safe environment
• Work independently to hit production goals
• Clean and prepare production environment for next shifts
• Communicate well with other staff and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Thriving in a fast-paced food production environment
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Moving up to 50 pounds without accommodations
• Working on your feet throughout shifts
