About the Company
Extremely well known financial firm is seeking a Conference Center Management as an addition to staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of the Client Conference Center ensuring smooth operations
- Manage reception and catering staff
- Provide guidance and direction to staff regarding special events, VIP meetings, etc.
- Interact with high profile VIPs
- Work with third party vendors, provide building access and concise directions
- Able to multitask, troubleshoot, etc.
- Work closely with all management
- React and respond to all inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business or Hospitality a plus)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Previous catering, hospitality or service industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
