Position Overview

VMS Software Inc is seeking a Configuration Consultant - RTSM to support software configuration, client requirements, and implementation projects. The role combines technical problem-solving with client and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain RTSM software solutions
• Gather and document client requirements
• Support software implementation and testing
• Troubleshoot configuration and technical issues
• Prepare project documentation and status updates
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with software configuration and data
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks
• Consulting or software implementation experience is a plus
