Configuration Engineer

• Determining tool configurations for our tools (CVD, Etch or Clean)
• Aligning customer requirements with the configurations of the shipped our tool
• Creating equipment specifications and design documents
• Selecting local procured items, planning budgets, purchasing, and managing budgets
• Managing tool move-in and equipment connection tasks
• Travel ratio: typically 0~5%

• Individuals with Job Grade 27-29 (other Job Grades can be considered upon consultation)
• Over 2 years of experience in the current role
• Management and project management skills are a plus
• Ability to actively communicate domestically and internationally without barriers such as department or age
• Possess teamwork that respects each other
• Able to take proactive actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Science and Engineering)
• Experience in mechanical or electrical work
• Management and project management skills are a plus
• Ability to understand and implement the company's management policies, etc.
• Knowledge of our equipment is a plus
• Ability to actively communicate domestically (both within and outside the company) and internationally without barriers such as department or age
• Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Possess teamwork that respects each other
• Able to take proactive actions
• Experience in handling inquiries, negotiations, procedures, and acceptance of deliveries with clients is a plus
