Configuration Intern/构型实习生

该职位来源于猎聘 Must-own skills/knowledge 必须具备的技能或知识:

• 机械、机电、航空等理工科，能看懂基础工程图纸，分清图纸版本、图号，看得懂简单零部件清单
• 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，会 Excel 基础筛选、表格登记、数据核对；会 Word 整理文档
• 细心有耐心，对客户发来的图纸资料，能分类整理、登记台账，做好文件存档
• 按要求跟进图纸版本更新、记录版本变更信息，保证资料版本不乱
• 协助制作、整理成套交付文件，核对图纸数量、版本，打包归档发放
• 沟通顺畅，能对接同事同步资料问题；能配合项目忙季处理大批量文件工作
• Majoring in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace or other science & engineering disciplines; able to read basic engineering drawings, distinguish drawing revisions and drawing numbers, and understand simple part lists.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: capable of basic Excel functions including filtering, record keeping and data verification; skilled at document formatting with Word.
• Meticulous and patient; able to sort out drawing documents from customers, maintain ledgers and archive all files properly.
• Track drawing revision updates and record revision information as required to ensure consistent and unambiguous document versions.
• Assist in compiling and organizing complete delivery documents, verify drawing quantities and revisions, and complete packaging, archiving and distribution.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with colleagues on document issues; able to handle high-volume document workload during peak project periods. Preferrable skills/knowledge 具备下列技能或知识者更佳:
• 了解图纸变更流程者优先
• Excel 会使用 VLOOKUP、数据透视表等功能，擅长批量整理数据
• 了解线束、航空产品基础资料交付规范
• 有文控、资料整理、图纸相关实习经验
• Familiar with drawing change management process is preferred
• Skilled in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP and PivotTables, experienced in bulk data sorting and processing
• Basic knowledge of documentation delivery standards for wiring harness and aerospace products
• Prior internship experience in document control, data sorting or drawing management is a plus
