About the Opportunity:

Our client, a dynamic, team-oriented law firm (corporate, real estate, entertainment, IP, litigation), is seeking a Conflicts & Client Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run conflict checks and escalate complex issues to attorneys or Ethics Counsel
• Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and retainer invoices
• Open and maintain client/matter records and budgets in Coyote, NetDocuments, and the conflicts database
• Track outstanding engagement letters, waivers, and retainers, and support file closings and transfers

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience working at a Law firm.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
