Key Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict of interest searches and analysis
• Support new client and matter intake
• Open and maintain client files
• Review and assess conflict search results
• Work closely with attorneys and firm leadership
• Coordinate with billing, records, and legal support teams
• Maintain client and matter information within intake systems

Desired Background

• 3+ years of law firm litigation conflicts experience
• Strong conflict analysis and risk assessment skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with Elite 3E and Intapp preferred
