Conformal Coating Operator

Overview
WisLab EMS corparation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various production processes. As an Operator, you should ensure the efficient warehouse operation of machinery, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities – Conformal Coating Technician

· Executing Production and Engineering builds with your colleagues.

· Setting up and maintaining conformal coating, dispensing and 3D printer. May need to install tools, read blueprints/engineering drawings, and set up equipment.

· Operating and maintaining: Maintain and operate conformal coating, dispensing machine and 3D printer.

· Mask and tape circuit boards in designated areas to be free of conformal coating.

· Inspect circuit boards for proper coating and remove any excess coating and perform manual touch up.

· Change the fluids and maintenance of machines to ensure proper and efficient operation.

· Work with other departments to ensure quality and testing for final build.

· Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing/production experience.

· Proven ability to work in a problem-solving environment, teamwork.

· Varied sitting, standing, and walking and ability to flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities.

· Bilingual in English and Vietnamese or Chinese preferred but not required.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
