We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Team in a new role focused on the technology behind the modern connected car.
You don’t need to have worked in the motor industry before. If you’re the person friends and family ask to set up their new phone, connect their apps or explain how new technology works – this could be the job for you.
What will you be doing?
You’ll become our Volkswagen & Audi Connected Car Specialist, helping customers get the very best from the technology in their new vehicle.
Your role will include:

• Setting up customers with Volkswagen and Audi connected services and apps
• Connecting smartphones, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
• Showing customers how to use infotainment, navigation and key vehicle features
• Explaining new technology in a simple, friendly and easy-to-understand way
• Delivering a great vehicle handover experience
• Helping customers with any connectivity questions after they collect their car
• Photographing our used cars and getting them looking their best online
• Creating short walk-around videos and digital content for our used vehicles
• Working with our Sales Team to make sure our online stock presentation is always first class

Who are we looking for?
We're more interested in you and your attitude than where you've worked before.
You could currently be working in technology, mobile phones, electronics, retail, hospitality, customer service, social media or content creation – or you may simply have a real passion for cars and technology.
You'll need to be:

• Confident and comfortable with smartphones, apps and technology
• Friendly, outgoing and good with people
• Patient and able to explain things clearly
• Interested in cars and new technology
• Comfortable taking photos and creating short videos
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Keen to learn and develop
• A full driving licence holder
