Connected Strategy Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Connected Strategy Lead to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will guide cross-functional strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning data, AI, and product lifecycle performance. The Connected Strategy Lead will partner with product teams and senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes across a complex, regulated environment. This position is ideal for a leader who can align diverse stakeholders, drive large-scale change, and move initiatives from pilot through full deployment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $186,200 – $353,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Scale data solutions across the product lifecycle and mature multiple factories and products
• Drive execution of connected product projects with significant ROI
• Enable product teams to leverage data for improved business outcomes
• Manage a portfolio of prioritized AI initiatives from pilot to deployment
• Represent initiative status and risks to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 14 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 12 years of experience
• 10+ years in program or portfolio management within a large corporate environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience driving large-scale initiatives from pilot to full deployment with measurable business impact
• Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and driving strategy alignment among diverse teams
• Experience in regulated environments while ensuring compliance and delivering results
