Role Overview:

We are looking for a Conservation Unit Analyst to handle day-to-day operations focused on managing due lists, grace periods, failed payments, and customer follow-up workflows to keep insurance policies active.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare worklists and coordinate or perform outreach for policyholders and partners.
• Follow up with agents and branches regarding pending payments and policy renewals.
• Update tracking systems, log contact outcomes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain high process discipline and deliver reliable client-servicing support.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong skills in Excel and report handling.
• Excellent communication and client-servicing skills.
• High level of process discipline and attention to detail.

Outputs Owned

• Action logs and reminder completion trackers.
• Unpaid case tracking reports.
