Consignment Area Manager (BKK Location)

About the role

Plan, monitor, and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets across all consignment channels within the district. Propose effective promotional strategies, trade marketing campaigns, and actionable plans to boost store traffic and revenue. Oversee and optimize store stock rotation to maximize sales velocity while aligning with customer demand and consignment partner requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets across all consignment channels within the district
• Propose effective promotional strategies, trade marketing campaigns, and actionable plans to boost store traffic and revenue
• Oversee and optimize store stock rotation to maximize sales velocity while aligning with customer demand and consignment partner requirements
• Effectively handle storefront issues and external coordination
• Proactively handle daily store-level issues and maintain strong, effective relationships with external partners and mall management

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in retail sales management, consignment channel management, or Area/District Management in Retail or Hospitality industries
• Strong sales skills with a deep understanding of target audiences and customer behavior for lifestyle and handicraft products under the DoiTung brand
• Proven ability in negotiation and effective coordination with department store buyers and retail partners
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• High flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel and work across various branch locations
