Job Description

Star Eye Specs Corporation is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Consignment Associate to support consignment operations, including sales and inventory monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, documentation, and coordination with Sales Associates, consignment partners, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor consignment sales, inventory, stock movements, and replenishment.
• Prepare and process consignment orders, deliveries, transfers, returns, and replacements.
• Conduct sales and inventory reconciliation between company records and consignment partner reports.
• Verify sales, stocks, invoices, and supporting documents and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with consignment partners, branches, Sales Associates, and internal departments regarding discrepancies and pending concerns.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and reconciliation reports.
• Follow up on pending reports, payments, returns, replacements, and other consignment concerns.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing.
• Assist with product warranty and replacement requests.
• Perform other related consignment, sales support, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in Consignment, Outright, Retail, Sales Administration, Inventory, or similar roles is preferred.
• ⭐ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, filters, reporting, and data analysis, is required; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred, and knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools is also preferred.
• 40–50 WPM typing speed with good accuracy is preferred; 60 WPM+ is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Able to handle inventory, replenishment, reconciliation, reports, and follow-ups accurately.
• Able to coordinate professionally with consignment partners, branches, and assigned Sales Associates.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Can start ASAP and preferably residing near Makati City.

Unit 503, 5th Floor, ITC Building, 337 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Bel-Air, Makati City, 1209 Metro Manila

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday / Non-hybrid / Full-time onsite role
