Consignment Brand Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Consignment Brand Executive to join PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia in Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our consignment brand partnerships and drive strategic brand growth. As Consignment Brand Executive, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with our consignment partners, ensuring brand consistency, and maximising revenue opportunities across our retail network. This role sits at the intersection of brand management and business development, making it crucial to our expansion strategy in the Indonesian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute consignment strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales across retail partners in the Bali region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consignment partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial objectives
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and profitability of consignment arrangements to optimise returns
• Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored to consignment locations, working closely with retail partners to drive customer engagement
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews with consignment partners to identify growth opportunities and address challenges
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all consignment touchpoints
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations and maintain competitive advantage
• Manage consignment documentation, contracts, and administrative processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Report on consignment performance metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions and strategy refinement

What we're looking for

• 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management, retail partnerships, or consignment-related roles within a commercial environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-partner relationships and driving commercial growth
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in sales analysis, inventory management, and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision making
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the Indonesian retail landscape and familiarity with Bali's market dynamics is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and Indonesian language skills is essential; additional languages are advantageous
• Passion for brand building and a customer-centric mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
