该职位来源于猎聘 Main Duties: ⚫With the request of the Group leader or project responsible, leading a small team to execute & fulfill the work package/Module/System independently. ⚫Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables of high quality and customer satisfaction. ⚫Responsible for interior cockpit system/parts design & development. ⚫Ensure the on-time release of the design & on time delivery ⚫Preparing/Presenting of detailed structure proposal and documentation in CATIA V5 and MS office. ⚫Assist and support Group Leader/Department Manager in specialist for technical issues. ⚫Be interfaced to OEM & manufacture suppliers as required. ⚫Master sections / data / drawing define and update. ⚫Coordination of project-related activities with other groups ⚫Styling feasibility analysis and concept development with sections. ⚫Launch build support and issue solving. ⚫Lead / coach a small team to fulfill the work package ⚫Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization. - 根据项目负责人的要求，带领小型团队独立执行并完成工作包 / 模块 / 系统相关工作。 - 确保交付物按时、高质量交付，满足客户要求。 - 负责座舱内饰系统及零部件的设计与开发。 - 确保设计方案按时发布、按期交付。 - 使用 CATIA V5 及 Office 软件编制、汇报详细结构方案与技术文档。 - 作为技术专家，协助并支持组长 / 部门经理处理各类技术问题。 - 根据业务需要，对接主机厂（OEM）及生产供应商。 - 负责主断面、数模、图纸的定义与更新维护。 - 协调跨小组之间的项目相关工作。 - 基于断面开展造型可行性分析与方案开发。 - 支持项目试生产阶段，处理现场问题。 - 带领、指导小型团队完成工作包任务。 - 带教新团队成员，帮助其融入团队。 Qualification 任职要求 ⚫Experienced designer with 6+ years of experience preferred, including a minimum of 4 years in automotive Console design. ⚫Proven experience in Console development. ⚫Strong understanding of Simultaneous Development processes within the automotive industry. ⚫Experience in plastic parts design and development. ⚫Proficient in CATIA and parametric modeling/design. ⚫Self-motivated and able to work independently while seeking support when necessary. ⚫Willing to travel as required by project needs. ⚫Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English. ⚫Open-minded team player with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. - 优先考虑拥有 6 年以上设计经验的工程师，其中至少 4 年汽车副仪表板（Console）设计经验。 - 具备真实的副仪表板（Console/CNSL）项目经验，并实际承担过副仪表板结构设计工作。 - 有主断面和方案断面的制作经验，能够独立进行 CAS 分析并提出工程可行性反馈。 - 熟知汽车行业**同步开发流程（Simultaneous Development）**。 - 拥有塑料件设计与开发经验。 - 熟练高效使用 CATIA 软件，掌握参数化建模与设计。能够自主完成数据质量、装配 / 干涉、拔模及开模可行性检查，确保 CAD 数据满足 Hard Tooling 要求。 - 工作积极主动，能够独立开展工作。 - 能够根据项目需求接受出差。 - 具备良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力。 - 富有团队协作精神，可在多元文化环境中高效开展工作。 *需要现场机测
