The team currently oversees approximately 1,200 shipments per month, covering sourcing and distribution activities through major seaports including Hamburg, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, and Antwerp.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring shipments are allocated efficiently to transport providers, delivered on time, and managed in line with customer and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Assign shipments to transportation providers based on service requirements, transit times, and operational capacity.
- Track shipment progress and ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Proactively manage exceptions, delays, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with transport providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the transportation process.
- Support continuous operational efficiency within the LCL Desk function.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in road transportation, dispatching, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.

- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
What You'll Join
You will become part of a close-knit team of four logistics professionals working together to manage high shipment volumes and deliver reliable transport solutions across Europe. Due to the high level of coordination required within the team, the role is based full-time in our Hamburg office.
