Consolidation Reporting Manager

We’re Hiring | Consolidation & Reporting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Consolidation & Reporting Manager to join a Finance function in Dubai, UAE .

This is a senior finance role for a technically strong professional with extensive experience in financial consolidation, IFRS reporting, statutory reporting, financial controlling, audit management, and multi-entity environments .

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial reporting while strengthening financial controls and providing meaningful insights to support management decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and consolidation
• Manage reporting across multiple entities and ensure consistency and integrity of financial information
• Ensure financial statements comply with IFRS and applicable statutory requirements
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and journal reviews
• Manage statutory and management reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost control, and performance reporting
• Review margins, cost allocations, and key financial performance indicators
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors
• Coordinate statutory audits, regulatory reporting, and resolution of audit findings
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
• Identify financial reporting risks and implement appropriate controls
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and consolidation processes
• Support optimization of ERP and financial consolidation systems
• Lead, review, and develop the reporting and controlling team

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting and/or controlling
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IFRS
• Demonstrated experience in financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting
• Strong statutory audit and financial controls background
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Experience working with ERP and financial consolidation tools
• Exposure to multinational, trading, commodities, industrial, or similarly complex environments would be highly advantageous
• Strong leadership, analytical judgment, and senior stakeholder management skills
