About the role
This role involves general accounting-related duties, internal control, and financial analysis in support of the Accounting Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Accounting Manager in preparation of Financial Statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports such as income statements
- Analyze and check collection of Accounts Receivable
- Oversee credit and collection, accounting and finance of the company
- Assist Accounting Manager in monitoring cash flows
- Monitor and supervise all company payables, liquidations, reimbursement and payments
- Prepare monthly balance sheet and monitor chart of accounts
- Record book entries related to tax and compliance in Expanded Tax, VAT, etc.
- Assist Accounting Manager in developing and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in scheduled inventory
