Construction Accountant / Estimator & Project Coordinator 16759

Part time 8am to 12nn PST  Key Responsibilities

• Perform construction accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare project estimates and cost reports.
• Track project budgets, progress billing, and job costs.
• Assist with construction scheduling and project coordination.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records.
• Provide regular progress updates and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Mid-level or senior experience in construction accounting, estimating, or project coordination.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working during USA Pacific Standard Time.
• Able to work independently while maintaining accurate progress tracking and reporting.
