Construction Administrator - Washington, DC

TG+P is looking for a full-time Construction Administrator to support its projects through the construction phase.

Turn design intent into built reality. We are looking for a full-time Construction Administrator to support our projects through the construction phase. You will work with owners, contractors, consultants, and our design team to keep every project on track for quality, schedule, and budget.

What you will do

• Respond to RFIs and review submittals

• Conduct site visits and write clear field observation reports

• Verify that work in the field matches the approved design

• Track deficiencies and contractor corrective actions to close-out

• Review payment applications and change orders

• Keep accurate records of drawing updates and revisions

What you bring

• 2+ years of construction administration experience with an architecture firm

• Experience on complex residential projects and concrete construction

• Proven site visit and field reporting skills

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Preferred: Revit proficiency and precast concrete garage experience
