Construction & Design Assistant / Office Assistant

• Assist in coordinating requirements for new store construction and setup.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and 3PL for scheduled works.
• Assist in monitoring ongoing construction and installation activities.
• Help arrange schedules for different services needed for new stores.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.
• Follow up on pending requirements and provide updates to the team.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Admin, Clerk, or related work.
• Experience in coordination is an advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized and willing to learn.
• Experience in 3PL coordination for new stores is an advantage.
