Construction & Facilities Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Construction & Facilities Manager to lead the planning and execution of construction, renovation, and facility maintenance projects for both company-owned projects and corporate clients.

We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and business acumen who can define operational strategies, coordinate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.

This position will have both strategic and operational responsibilities, working directly with senior management while supervising technical personnel and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational strategy for the Construction and Maintenance Department.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and renovation projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines, costs, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical personnel.
• Review budgets and costs related to materials, labor, equipment, and services.
• Identify budget or schedule variances and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the quality of work and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities.
• Assess repair needs, improvements, equipment replacements, and infrastructure requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, renovation, facility maintenance, or project management.
• Experience supervising projects and managing contractors.
• Experience preparing and managing project budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Availability to conduct site visits and supervise projects as required by operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
