Construction & Infrastructure(Director)

We are seeking a visionary and high-caliber Director / Senior Management Executive to spearhead large-scale construction and infrastructure portfolios in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This elite leadership role demands a seasoned professional with over 20 years of proven expertise in managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects, driving strategic commercial choices, and interacting with senior stakeholders. • Experience Level: 20+ Years of relevant industry experience
• Compensation: 1,00,000 per month onwards (Higher compensation/packages may be structured for an exceptional candidate matching all preferred standards)
• Industry Sector: Construction / Infrastructure / Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) / Real Estate
• Required: B.Tech/Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Post-Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or related infrastructure disciplines.
• Preferred Institution: Post-graduation or graduation from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or a National Institute of Technology (NIT)

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Formulate and implement long-term operational plans, business execution frameworks, and structural goals for the construction/infrastructure division.
• Drive top-level corporate choices regarding resource allocation, risk mitigation, and commercial viability.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including project management, engineering, contract management, and finance functions.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Oversee the lifecycle delivery of large-scale infrastructure, government civil works, high-rise developments, or major EPC projects.
• Enforce strict compliance across quality metrics, health & safety (EHS) guidelines, project schedules, and commercial execution frameworks.
• Review deployment schedules, analyze bottleneck risks, and spearhead mitigation strategies across multiple live project sites.

Commercial & Contracts Management

• Provide strategic direction on complex engineering contracts, commercial pricing, budget controls, and structural cost optimizations.
• Oversee final vendor selections, billing evaluations, rate analyses, and legal or liaison parameters with statutory regulatory bodies.
• Minimize corporate exposure through diligent evaluation of tender variations, project claims, and project legal provisions.

Stakeholder & Client Relations

• Act as the principal authority for interactions with elite clients, state/central government bodies, design consultants, and joint-venture partners.
• Champion high-stakes commercial negotiations to secure advantageous procurement pricing and structural operational outcomes.

Candidate Profile & Competencies

• Past Leadership Roles: Proven experience functioning as a Director, Vice President (VP), General Manager (GM), Business Head, Project Director, or equivalent corporate title within heavy civil engineering or real estate ecosystems.
• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated exposure handling expansive EPC assignments, government civil projects, or high-value infrastructure portfolios.
• Core Competencies: High-order leadership, tactical communication prowess, negotiation dexterity, and the ability to inspire multi-tiered execution forces.
