Eronix Building Services, a division of Eronix Group, LLC, provides professional construction cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, pressure washing, and property turnover services throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Construction & Post-Construction Cleaners to join our growing team. This position involves cleaning newly constructed, renovated, and remodeled commercial properties before final inspection, occupancy, or turnover to the client.

Responsibilities

Construction Cleaners may be responsible for:

• Performing rough, final, and touch-up construction cleaning
• Removing dust, dirt, stickers, labels, tape, adhesive residue, and construction-related debris
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning walls, doors, baseboards, trim, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break areas
• Cleaning cabinets, countertops, shelving, and built-in fixtures
• Cleaning interior windows, glass, mirrors, frames, and tracks
• Wiping down light fixtures, vents, railings, and other surfaces
• Removing protective coverings and packaging materials as directed
• Cleaning newly installed appliances and fixtures
• Preparing spaces for inspections, walkthroughs, and final turnover
• Performing detailed touch-up cleaning after contractor punch-list work
• Collecting and disposing of approved non-hazardous construction waste
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
• Following project-specific cleaning checklists
• Following OSHA, jobsite, and Eronix safety procedures
• Properly wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Reporting safety hazards, damaged property, or unusual conditions to a supervisor
• Working cooperatively with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and other Eronix team members

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cleaning crew
• Reliable transportation to construction sites throughout Metro Atlanta
• Ability to work in active or recently completed construction environments
• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Ability to follow jobsite safety requirements
• Ability to pass a background check when required by a client or project

Previous experience in construction cleaning, post-construction cleaning, janitorial services, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or general labor is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb, and perform repetitive movements
• Use vacuums, mops, brooms, scrapers, and other cleaning tools
• Work around construction dust and jobsite conditions
• Safely use stairs and access multiple areas of a property
• Lift and carry approximately 40–50 pounds
• Perform detailed cleaning for extended periods

Safety & PPE

Employees must comply with all Eronix and client jobsite safety requirements. Depending on the project, required PPE may include:

• Hard hat
• Safety vest
• Safety glasses
• Work gloves
• Closed-toe or safety-toe work shoes/boots
• Hearing protection or other project-specific PPE when required

Employees should not handle hazardous materials or perform specialized hazardous-material remediation unless specifically trained and authorized to do so.

Schedule

Schedules will vary depending on construction projects and client needs and may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Early morning assignments
• Project-based or short-notice assignments
• Additional hours before inspections or project turnover deadlines

Approximately 20–40 hours per week. Hours may vary based on project volume and are not guaranteed.

Compensation

$19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, assignment, and project requirements.
