Construction and Renovation Worker

HG and Sons Construction Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Construction & Renovation Worker to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

We are looking for a candidate with proven hands-on experience in residential and commercial renovations, who can work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial renovations.
• Complete drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and painting.
• Install ceramic tiles and other wall and floor finishes.
• Install and replace bathtubs, sinks, and bathroom fixtures.
• Perform stucco repairs, parging, and exterior finishing work.
• Install and repair wooden doors, frames, trim, and finishing details.
• Carry out general carpentry, maintenance, and repair work.
• Assist with demolition, material removal, and site preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Perform landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in construction and renovations is required.
• Strong knowledge of renovation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to perform multiple renovation tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, as job sites vary throughout Winnipeg.
• Physically capable of performing construction-related duties.
• Experience in landscaping is considered an asset.

We are looking for someone who is versatile, dependable, and experienced in renovation work, with the ability to handle different tasks and deliver quality results.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
