Construction Assistant

Overview

As a Construction Assistant, you'll work closely with project managers to help maintain jobsite conditions, delivery of materials and equipment as needed. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the pool construction industry while contributing to the completion of various projects.

Responsibilities
Support the project managers with any needs on a daily basis.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks.

Assist with electrical and plumbing tasks as needed during remodeling or new construction projects.
Support the setup and cleanup of job sites daily, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

A clean driving record.

Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
Outdoor work experience is highly desirable, especially in varying weather conditions.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and operating equipment safely.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
