Duties

• Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of construction sites to ensure smooth workflow
• Support skilled workers by handling manual tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, and positioning equipment
• Read and interpret basic construction plans and technical drawings to aid in project execution
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently under supervision, including drills, saws, and grinders
• Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen. Randoms are also performed

Skills

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical aptitude for understanding equipment repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Physical strength for heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing, and working at heights
• Understanding of industrial construction processes and safety protocols
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of respiratory protection and adherence to safety regulations

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 – 70.0 per week
