Construction Attorney (Transactions)

Associate Attorney | Construction Transactions | Major Infrastructure Projects

A national law firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its growing construction transactions practice. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value infrastructure projects and advise clients through the full project lifecycle.

The associate will draft and negotiate construction and project delivery agreements, including EPC, design-build, construction management, design professional, subcontract, and related agreements. The work may also include procurement, project development, risk allocation, and contract administration.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience with construction transactions and commercial contract drafting; strong preference for experience with EPC agreements.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Interest in major infrastructure projects, such as energy, water, and digital infrastructure.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Texas Bar license

Location: Houston preferred; Austin or Dallas also considered
