What they need
Civil Construction Site Supervisor / Engineer
**IMPORTANT NOTE : Location: Bahrain (Local Transfer Only)
Requirements:
Ability to manage a team of foremen and laborers on site, including manpower provision.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings.
Ability to read construction drawings and conduct meetings with consultant offices and clients.
Coordination with staff, MEP contractors, and
post-tension slab contractors.
Ensure adherence to safe work method
statements and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal
teams to achieve productive project outcomes.
Monitor progress and provide reports on
completed works.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Interpret project plans and specifications.
Supervise works to ensure quality and productivity.
Minimum 3 years' experience in civil
construction in Bahrain.
Holding a CRPEP license is an advantage.
Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
Work Location: In person
