We're Hiring: CONSTRUCTION CIVIL SUPERVISOR

We are hiring a Construction Civil Supervisor to oversee civil works execution and ensure that subcontractor activities comply with project specifications, construction schedules, and Quality/HSE procedures. The role involves supervising field operations, approving Method Statements, coordinating with engineering teams, and driving progress while maintaining high construction standards.

You will participate in constructability reviews, verify material delivery schedules, monitor manpower and equipment adequacy, and ensure correct implementation of site procedures. The role also includes managing inspections, supporting non‑conformity resolution, and contributing to contractual evaluations such as amendments and claims analysis.

This position is ideal for a technically strong supervisor with experience managing subcontractors in large industrial or oil & gas construction environments, capable of ensuring productivity, compliance, and safe execution on site.

Requirements:

✔ 5–8 years’ experience in civil construction supervision (oil & gas or industrial megaprojects preferred)

✔ Strong knowledge of construction schedules, Method Statements, and subcontractor coordination

✔ Experience performing field inspections and signing certificates based on Site Inspection Plans

✔ Ability to verify manpower, equipment adequacy, and subcontractor compliance with engineering documents

✔ Solid understanding of Quality, HSE, and non‑conformity management processes

✔ Ability to interpret and enforce project documents, drawings, and contract conditions

✔ Experience supporting claims analysis, subcontract amendments, and progress validation

✔ Fluent in French, English is highly appreciated

✔ Prior experience in multinational EPC/EPCM projects is highly desirable
