We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Cleaner Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at construction sites while safely operating company vehicles to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and vehicles to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel between job sites and storage facilities
• Perform thorough cleaning duties at construction sites, including debris removal, floor care, sanitation, and janitorial tasks
• Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning processes, adhering to all chemical handling safety procedures
• Conduct manual handling of heavy cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and custodial tools while following safe lifting practices
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of the construction site to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs or touch-ups such as residential painting or porter duties
• Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure personal safety and that of team members during cleaning and driving activities

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles with a focus on safety and quality
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other floor care tools
• Strong understanding of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with site managers and team members
• Experience in facilities maintenance or general upkeep tasks on construction sites or similar environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles preferred

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
