What they need

About us
Partners In Construction is a residential general contractor. We rehabilitate, reconstruct, and elevate homes for disaster-recovery and housing programs across Florida and Georgia. We manage hundreds of active jobs at once, from permitting through closeout, and we need a coordinator who keeps every one of them moving and documented.

What you'll do

  • Change orders: Prepare, submit, and track change orders from field request through program approval. Make sure scope, pricing, and backup line up, and keep resubmittals moving until they're approved.
  • Delay days: Track weather, permitting, homeowner, and program delays on every job. Keep dated documentation (daily logs, photos, correspondence) that supports time-extension requests.
  • Construction progress: Monitor daily logs and schedules. Flag jobs that are behind or have gone quiet, and follow up with superintendents to keep the job trackers current.
  • Inspections: Schedule and track required municipal and program inspections (for example 50% and 100% inspections) and confirm results are recorded.
  • Permit and project closeout: Close permits, collect certificates of completion and final documents, and assemble closeout packages for program submittal and final draw.
  • Keep our tracking systems accurate and in sync, and report weekly on overdue jobs, open change orders, and pending closeouts.

What you bring

  • 4+ years in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Residential, insurance, or disaster-recovery program experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of change orders, permitting, inspections, and closeout.
  • You're very organized and comfortable juggling a high volume of jobs at once.
  • You're strong in Excel and quick to learn construction software. Buildertrend, Xactimate, Canopy, Quickbase, or Neighborly experience is a bonus.
  • Clear, professional communication with superintendents, subcontractors, homeowners, and program staff.
  • You document as you go and follow up until it's closed.

Why join

  • Meaningful work getting families back into safe homes.
  • A growing team where your systems will make a visible difference.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
