Construction Projects Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized, dependable coordinator to support construction projects from award through completion. This role keeps schedules, materials, permits, and project information moving and up to date while coordinating with customers, vendors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and updates with field staff and customers.
• Track project status, action items, and key dates in the project management system.
• Help order and track materials, deliveries, and equipment.
• Coordinate permit applications, required documents, and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized project files, notes, and records.
• Communicate changes, delays, and outstanding items to the appropriate people.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and project tracking software.
• Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
• Construction or project coordination experience is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
