Construction Coordinator

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with industrial robot installation and commissioning, from equipment delivery through production handoff
• OSHA 10 certification
• Electrical safety practices for energized and high-voltage work, including arc-flash awareness
• Contract negotiation and construction administration experience
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) as they will be responsible for reporting up to the VP level

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Added bonus:

• Very strong preference for prior Our Client or Our Client-supplier experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Prior experience with Our Client Kanban
• Understanding of Our Client regulations surrounding:
• Construction/site safety and environmental rules
• Contractor compliance expectations
• Standards for working on Our Client property
• Reporting, documentation, and approval processes
