Construction Coordinator

The Construction Coordinator leads client communications, vendor outreach, and active resolution of issues throughout the East Valley (EV) and Tucson regional territories. Based out of the East Valley office, this position divides time equally between office correspondence and field visits.

The ideal candidate manages external dialogue with property owners, contractors, and inspectors while providing hands-on solutions for complex cases falling outside standard warranty guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Process, handle, and address incoming written messages and email inquiries from contractors, homeowners, and city inspectors across the EV and Tucson regions.
• Act as the primary contact person for external inquiries regarding active and finished construction projects.
• Maintain detailed records of submitted concerns, guarantee prompt resolution times, and provide regular progress updates to internal departments.
• Execute direct field visits across assigned sectors to evaluate and resolve client issues extending beyond normal warranty coverage.
• Assume full accountability for high-priority or escalated requests requiring site assessments, mediation, and resolution.
• Perform joint site reviews with homeowners, service providers, or local public officials to address complex matters directly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Professional background in site operations, field services, utility operations, or specialized customer support.
• Willingness and capability to travel regularly throughout East Valley and regional Tucson locations for site meetings.
• Superior written and oral communication skills to interact professionally with public inspectors, contractors, and property owners.
• Strong conflict resolution capabilities with a practical focus on solving non-standard warranty claims.
• Active driver’s license mandatory for site evaluations and regional travel.
