Pay: $27-$30 HR | Location: Cedar Rapids, IA | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

We are hiring an experienced Crew Leader for General Laborers to support commercial construction projects in Cedar Rapids, IA . Candidates from Marion, Hiawatha, North Liberty and Iowa City are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a general labor crew at the jobsite.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and reinforce site safety requirements.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, priorities, and crew schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between general laborers and project supervisors.
• Work alongside the crew to complete assigned general labor tasks.
• Perform site cleanup activities, including sweeping, cleaning, and removing mud in outdoor work areas.
• Ensure crew members use required personal protective equipment, including hardhats, safety glasses, safety vests, steel-toed boots, and gloves.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience on a commercial construction site
• OSHA 10
• CPR Preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
