Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Construction Crew Leader to manage our installation crews and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll lead the team on-site, make sure work is completed safely and on schedule, and help deliver high-quality results. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the construction crew on job sites.
• Assign daily tasks and make sure work is completed on time.
• Read blueprints and plans to ensure projects are built correctly.
• Work with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving.
• Make sure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow and enforce all OSHA and company safety rules.
• Order and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project.
• Keep track of job progress and communicate updates with management.
• Help train and support crew members.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and 2 years of leading construction crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Experience using construction software is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must!

Pay: $25.00 - $31.33 per hour
