Position Overview

Huntsville Design & Construction Inc is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Crew Member to support daily construction activities and job-site operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and site preparation
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Support skilled workers with daily project tasks
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Prepare, clean, and organize work areas
• Assist with measuring and positioning materials
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow company and job-site safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to perform physical work and lift materials safely
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
• Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions
• Works well independently and as part of a team
